McDaniel Meadows, a 34-acre wildflower preserve, is the most recent link of trails to be developed. A 360-seat interdenominational chapel provides worship services on Sundays and numerous activities during the week. The adjoining Broyles Center offers meeting rooms, a library, pottery room, and a large dining room with full-service kitchen. An outdoor amphitheater provides a beautiful natural setting for special events. There is 24-hour security within gated Big Canoe, with fire and ambulance/medical service just across from the North Gate. The Big Canoe Country Store offers food, gifts, video rentals and gasoline service. US Mail and inter-community mail delivery is made to the Big Canoe Post Office. 24-hour ATM banking is located there as well. Cable TV, Satellite TV (including Atlanta stations), and high-speed Internet access is available to Big Canoe homeowners. The Chimneys Conference Center is available for meetings and private parties.
