History of Big Canoe

The Big Canoe Property Owners Association (POA) owns all of the roads, amenities,
and commonly owned property in Big Canoe. This includes the more than 85 miles of
paved roads, golf course and clubhouse, tennis courts and pro shop, three lakes,
marina,Fitness Center, swim club and pool, and fire and rescue houses and equipment.
2005 Owner Assessments (Mandatory). One or the other paid by all owners.
- Homeowner: $172.00 per month
- Property Owner: $112.00 per month
- Additional fees for condominium ownership
2005 Amenities (Activity) Fees (Optional)
- Annual Amenity Cards can be purchased by property owners for all amenities or individual amenities (golf, tennis, fitness center, swimming, fishing), on a family or individual membership basis.
- Daily and weekly fees are available for all amenities to guests and non-Annual Card holders.
